Today Lord, we thank You for Your Courage. We claim Your Word that says, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.
We are Your children, and have overcome all circumstances because greater is he that is in us, than he that is in the world.
So today we will Arise; for all of our trials belong to You.
We Wait on You O LORD: You tell us to be of good courage, and You shall strengthen our hearts. We will wait on You LORD.
 Though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea, You LORD are on our side; we will not fear: what can man do unto us.
With Your courage Lord, we will see mountains moved today.

Encouragement: 
LORD, today I pray for our Sunrise family. That we may Be strong and of a good courage, that fear not have part in our day.
 For You are the LORD our God, and You go with us and will not fail us, nor forsake us.
You alone  O LORD, are  our shield ,our glory, and the lifter up of our heads.
 Today we Cast our burdens upon You, for You shall sustain us: You shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
We wait upon You LORD for You shall renew our strength; we shall mount up with wings as eagles; we shall run, and not be weary; and we shall walk, and not faint.
 For only You know the plans that You have for us. They are thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give us an expected end.
 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love You, and are the called according to Your purpose.
Lord, You have not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Thank You Lord for this day.

FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real
It’s all about what you choose to give your energy and your spirit over to in these moments.
The difference is that one will keep you bound and the other will set you free.

Scripture says the enemy is the “father of lies” (John 8:44).
But wait, in order for a lie to work, it takes two.
1. The one who speaks it and the one who believes it.
2. It has no power over you unless you believe it.
Fear cannot grow unless you feed it.
I truly believe that when anxiety takes over our lives, it’s because we forgot who God is. We forget that even though our fears are out of our control, they are still under God's control.

You make up your mind about what you are going to believe. Keep in mind, faith is not the belief that things will work out the way that we want them to, but that God will keep us no matter how things turn out.
